IREM Indianapolis offers its members valuable training close to home with local classes in finance, management, maintenance, human resources and more. We also offer a series of preparatory classes for those seeking certifications. Click on a link below for more on each local course. IREM Indy Two Year Program

• IREM Indy locally offers all courses required for your CPM Designation in a two year period

• Convenient, close, cost-effective way to complete your required courses for the CPM Designation.

IREM Indy Education Scholarships

IREM Indy’s scholarship program fosters the talents of our profession’s future leaders, rewards and encourages those continuing their professional education with a designation, and supports those active members who make IREM Indy the vibrant chapter it is.

Three scholarships are available:

• The IREM Indy Sally Lentz-Crouse Scholarship provides paid registration to IREM's PropertyCon Conference along with an allowance to defray associated costs.
  Applications are currently closed.

• The Mollie Wood Member Education Scholarship rewards a deserving member with an allowance to attend any IREM certification education course as they seek professional designations.
  Applications are currently closed and will reopen in the summer.    

• The IREM Indy OCHS Site Services Scholarship provides future leaders Associate membership, event tickets, and a mentorship program with seasoned IREM members.  
  Applications are open!  The deadline is March 14th.
