Looking to grow in a dynamic customer facing environment while working in a one of a kind facility? Integrated Facility Services, a division of Lauth Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time facility coordinator for a brand new multi-use facility. In this role, you will lead the service delivery team in planning, coordinating and communicating all facility work including (i) planning for special events, (ii) directing contractors in outsourced services, (iii) monitoring and reporting on facility standards, (iv) conducting routine inspections of the facility and (v) ensuring client service levels are met.


Education/Work Experience
– Three (3) years of facility, hospitality, or property management related experience required. Professional designation a plus.
– High school degree required; BS degree preferred
– Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, exceptional organization and communication, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

– Strong understanding and knowledge of administrative processes
– Ability to work independent of supervision
– Ability to establish and manage customer and vendor relationships
– Ability to quickly learn new computer software
– Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
– Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
– Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
– Ability to set priorities and manage time amidst multiple tasks
– Strong administrative skills
– Oversee budgeting and monthly financial reporting
– Excellent organization and planning skills
